Floor Coating Specialist is a locally owned concrete coating company founded in 2020 and led by owners Ron Appel and Bear Greer. Operating out of Lakewood Ranch and Tampa Bay, our leadership team combines over 30 years of hands-on floor coating expertise with over a decade of dedicated service in Southwest Florida.

With more than 1,200 completed residential and commercial projects across Sarasota, Bradenton, Brooksville, and Tampa Bay, we have built a reputation grounded in craftsmanship, accountability, and genuine care for every customer we work with. Unlike large flooring contractors where the owner is never on site, Bear, Ron, and their team are personally hands-on and involved—from initial surface preparation through to the final walkthrough.
