Ron did a fabulous job resurfacing our lanai. We brought him in to fix what a previous contractor had done; I wish we had started with him! It would have saved so much money, time, and stress. I called Ron for an estimate for our garage floor. Ron came out the same day and gave us great advice on color choices. We already had a couple other estimates and Ron was a few hundred dollars less than the others. He was very knowledgeable and was able to schedule us the following week. His installers were right on time and finished in about 5 hours. It looks amazing! Several neighbors came by as our garage was open while it was drying and complemented us on how great it looked. Highly recommend FCS.

We hired Ron and his team to finish our garage floors. This was a big job that consisted of 6 garage bays. They gave me a great price and finished in TWO days! I love my new garage floor. It looks too good to be a garage, my car looks like it in a show room. The guys were great! They sanded the cement so that it was perfect. Laid the floor coating, then came back and even cleaned the dust off my shelves. I recommend them 100%

Ron and his team were great. They fix cracks and leveled my pool and Lanai area as needed and resurfacing the area. They were here when they said they would be and completed the job in a timely manner working around weather issues. Ensuring that everything was as promised. Ron even making repairs because of rain damage to the top coat. I would highly recommend working with Ron's company. He truly desires to have happy customers.

I used this company for a new epoxy floor in my garage. The owner, Ron, was extremely professional and very easy to talk to when discussing details and price. Refreshing! The two-man crew were nice, professional and great workers. Done as promised. Refreshing! My garage floor was unsightly and since it’s the first and last thing I see when coming into and leaving my home, I wanted it to look like the rest of my house. It does now! It’s beautiful!

My wife and I were trying to find a durable and good looking for our pool deck. We looked at pavers and tile and they were not viable options. We reached out to Floor Coating Specialist and the were able to offer a great looking pool deck at a very affordable price. Floor Coating Specialist were courteous, mindful of our needs, affordable, and completed the deck in a timely manner. They were even able to closely match the tile color that I have under my covered patio area. Looks really good!

The floor Coating was great. The baseboard which they suggested for extra $ was not done very well.Should have had them fix it.

I had Polyaspartic put on my garage floor, driveway and sidewalk. They showed me a lot of sample colors which made it easy to choose one that complimented the house colors. They suggested doing the sidewalk which I had not thought about and boy am I glad they pointed it out! It looks soooooo good! They did a great job of working around our rainy season afternoon storms! We couldn't be happier with the beauty of this coating and it was so much faster and nicer than having the driveway replaced!
